Abstract

This article discusses the cultural significance of alliteration in English and Russian literature, highlighting several contrasting aspects to consider. The author examines linguistic differences, historical contexts, cultural associations, literary traditions, and cultural values to provide a comprehensive understanding of how alliteration is perceived and utilized in each language. By exploring these contrasting aspects, the article aims to deepen readers' appreciation of the cultural significance of alliteration in both English and Russian literature.
