Abstract

This article focuses on the representation of female characters in Stefan Sveig's novels through the lens of language, and the comparison between the Uzbek and German languages. The article analyzes the depiction of female characters in Sveig's works and examines how language affects the depiction of women's roles, characteristics, and relationships in literature. The study brings out similarities between the linguistic nuances of the Uzbek and German languages and sheds light on how cultural and linguistic factors shape the narrative construction of women in literature. Through a comparative analysis of selected excerpts from Sveig's novels, this article aims to deepen the understanding of the intersection between language, culture and gender representation in literature, and to shed light on the unique ideas that the Uzbek and German languages present in the interpretation of women's characters in literary works.
