Аннотация

Ushbu tezisda bipolyar tranzistorlarning sxemalarga kalit sifatida ulanish xususiyatlarini o‘rganish va ularni Arduino yordamida sinash usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Radioelektronika fanida bipolyar tranzistorlar signal kuchaytirish va elektron kalit sifatida keng qo‘llaniladi. Tezisning maqsadi Oliy ta’limning bakalaviriat fizika yo‘nalishi uchun tasdiqlangan o‘quv rejadagi radioelektronika fanida “Tranzistorli kalit semasini yig‘ish” laboratoriya ishini Arduino yordamida tashkillash va uning qulayliklarini tahlil qilishdan iborat.
