Аннотация

It is important to acknowledge the technological drawbacks associated
with the production of semiconductor tensoresistors and sensors, particularly in
relation to their mechanical properties. During the production of tensoresistors, a
coarse mechanical process called cutting is employed. Unfortunately, this process
does not allow for significant size reduction of the tensoresistor and also negatively
affects its qualities due to the existence of tiny cracks on the surface layer.
