Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada kristallardagi elektronlarning davriy potensial
maydonda harakati Shryodinger tenglamasi yordamida tahlil qilingan.
Elektronlarning energiya spektrini aniqlash uchun Kroning va Penni metodidan
foydalanilgan. Bu metod bo‘yicha kristall panjaradagi atomlar to‘g‘ri burchakli potensial chuqur va baryerlar bilan ifodalanadi. Elektronlar faqat ruxsat etilgan
energetik zonalarda mavjud bo‘lib, taqiqlangan zonalar orqali o‘ta olmaydi.
Shuningdek, energetik zonalar va taqiqlangan zonalar orasidagi bog‘lanishlar ko‘rib
chiqilgan.
