Abstract
Ushbu tezisda bipolyar tranzistorlarning kuchaytirish xususiyatlarini o‘rganish va ularni Arduino yordamida sinash usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Radioelektronika fanida bipolyar tranzistorlar signal kuchaytirish va elektron kalit sifatida keng qo‘llaniladi. Tezisning maqsadi Oliy ta’limning bakalaviriat fizika yo‘nalishi uchun tasdiqlangan o‘quv rejadagi radioelektronika fanida “Bipolyar tranzistorli kuchaytirgich” laboratoriya ishida arduinodan foydalanishning qulayliklari va bipolyar tranzistorlarning kuchaytirish xususiyatlarini tahlil qilishdan iborat.
