Abstract

This article aims to investigate the role of application of Web 2.0 technologies in the modern foreign language education. The authors introduce the analysis of forms, methods, approaches and techniques for teaching a foreign language using the Internet. The article also advances understanding of the usage of Web 2.0 social networking services from the perspective of subjects of educational process and determines its methodological potential.
