Abstract
Recent improvements and changes in the linguistic field have led to the development of the translation process. This article aims to examine the hypothesis that the advancements in psycholinguistics and cognitive linguistics have provided valuable insights into the cognitive processes of language comprehension and production, ultimately influencing the strategies and methodologies used in translation practices to better align with human language processing. This article provides the results from the study that was conducted among Fergana State University senior students in order to investigate the proposed hypothesis.
