Abstract

This article explores the concept of linguopragmatic features of speech acts in communication. It defines speech acts and their significance, discusses speech act theory, direct and indirect speech acts, the influence of politeness and culture, gender-based variations, and the role of nonverbal communication in speech acts. The article emphasizes the importance of understanding these features for effective cross-cultural and interpersonal communication, highlighting their relevance in our evolving technological communication landscape.
