Abstract

Bu ishda yoruglik oqimi va magnit maydoni yordamida elektr maydoni olinadi.Taklif qilinayotgan optoelektron ozgartirgich, boshqa shunga oxshash optoelektron qurilmalardan farqli ravishda, har xil tashqi manbalarning magnit maydonlari ishlatiladi va yuqori elektr maydon hosil qilinadi.
