Abstract

Maqolada termoelektr modullar ular uchun ishlab chiqarishda issiqlik almashtirgichlar bilan maxsus alyuminiy va mis kontaktlarida issiqlik o‘tkazuvchanlik koeffitsientlarining haqida so‘z boradi. Alyuminiy nitridli issiqlik almashtirgichlar va ushbu texnologiyaning afzalligi yoritib berilgan.
