Abstract

This article addresses the teaching of clerical work in higher education institutions in Uzbekistan. The author examines the modern requirements for clerical training, focusing on the need to implement digital technologies and interactive teaching methods. Recommendations for improving teaching methodologies are presented, including the use of project work, case methods, and group assignments to develop students' professional competencies.
